just a reminder that from now on, HBML is open on saturdays, from 2 - 5pm. i recommend visiting the worcester art museum beforehand- it’s free before noon every saturday, and right now there’s a raymond pettibon / ed ruscha exhibit that is WORTH IT.

yes! the first episode of the snow ghost community show is filmed and online! snow ghost and his sidekick mike benedetti are great friends of the store, and we are delighted to be the official sponsors of the show. you can watch it online at WCCA or at archive.org. their guest is famous worcester pacifist and three stooges enthusiast scott shaeffer-duffy. oh, and our pal sam gas can made the opening animation.
tomorrow (friday the 18th) from 5:30 to 8pm is the grand opening of the sun ra solar myth planetarium, at the junk shoppe. randa is baking some delicious space cakes, we’ll be drinking some (don’t try) suicide soda, we’ll mingle and talk about summer plans. be it!
