HBML rent club was the way we paid the rent for the first nine months of running the store. for a one-time payment of $30, interested parties received a three-month membership, and every month a special, limited edition silk screened poster, available only to members and made by one of our favorite artists especially for the rent club, would be delivered to them by mail. or that’s the idea, which never really worked out in any sort of on-time way.

past artists included jo dery, mike taylor, jacob berendes, jean cozzens, cybele collins, george washington myers, nik perry, scott reber, and matthew thurber.

we are no longer doing the rent club, but we have posters for sale at the store, and if you would like to donate an amount in excess of $15, we will be happy to send you one (blind assortment).
